Fish Locker reserves the right to:
-Remove or edit listings at any time
-Remove listings that violate these terms
-Restrict or ban users who misuse the platform
You retain ownership of your content, but grant Fish Locker the right to display it on the website.

4. Payments and Shipping

At the moment Fish Locker does not handle:
-Payments
-Shipping
-Refunds
-Dispute resolution
All payment methods and delivery arrangements are agreed upon directly between buyers and sellers

5. Safety and Liability

Fish Locker is not responsible for:
-The condition or authenticity of listed items
-Disputes between buyers and sellers
-Loss, damage, injury, or theft resulting from transactions or meetups
Users are encouraged to meet in safe, public locations.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:
-Post illegal or prohibited items
-Use the platform for fraudulent activity
-Attempt to exploit or disrupt the website
-Impersonate another person or entity

7. Termination

Fish Locker reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms.
